The grounds at The Retreat Nicoya Peninsula are meticulously kept and full of an incredible variety of native flora. This lush tropical environment is an important part of what makes your vacation at the Retreat feel like paradise.

 

Near the house you can find a variety of fresh herbs to cook with. A bit further out there is a swing, coffee plants, and dozens of fruit trees. A 15 minute, moderately strenuous hike down the mountain will take you to a small secluded waterfall. The property is large and guests are welcome to explore.
